A positive leader creates
a productive employee

Some statistical data from American research of more than 1000:

Commitment of the employees depends on at least 70% on who the leaders are.

Every 2nd employee quits because they want to get rid of their boss.

93%of those who trust their boss, show higher job satisfaction.

The majority would turn down a 10% higher offer just to stay with their good boss.

More than 50 claimed that they are not able to perform at their best if they lack job satisfaction.

One of the most important factors of employee wellbeing is the direct relationship with the leaders. A good leader knows the strenghts and weaknesses of his/her employees, what their likes and dislikes are, and he/she is able to recognise when the complexity and quantity of exceeds the abilities or limitations of an employee.

Happy emloyees are more productive, perform better in sales and in leadership positions.

Happy CEOs tend to lead a team of happy and healthy people.

THE HAPPIER THE EMPLOYEE ARE, THE MORE SUCCESSFUL THE COMPANY IS

The Happy Workplace Program

brings a serious economic advantage to companies

innovation
growth of sales and production
decreasing fluctuation

If your team executes our Program, the following results can be expected according to research:

Prof Attila Oláh

Head of the Hungarian Positive Psychology Research Group

Why should we care about workplace happiness?

The creation of global wellbeing (and happiness) and good functioning at the workplace should be a priority just like in any other areas of life. Based on scinetific theories and up-to-date research findings my talk presents an overview on what are the factors that influence our happiness when we work.

Dr Tímea Magyaródi

Professor at ELTE, psychologyst, coach

The commitment of co-workers: How can we keep the good people? How can we remain teammates?

It is an important question what the company can do to motivate and keep its employees, what opportunities co-workers have if they feel less connected to the company but it is difficult to change. In my talk both sides are taken into consideration when examining the question of dedication and commitment.
